Order Processing
1. Orders are normally processed within 12 hours of order placement.
2. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing.
3. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

All Credit Card charges will appear as EON Natural or DominicanBeautyStore.com. Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment options. You may order the products offline with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Please download Mail Order; fill it out; and send it with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders in the mail to following address.

Retrun and Exchange
Changes to Order
If you request any changes or modifications to your order, before it shipped out, a handling fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged. This includes item, color choices, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 10 AM (EST) the following business day.

Mail Order
To place a mail order, complete the Catalog Order Form (below) with your payment enclosed. Please note accepted forms of payment; Credit Card, Cashier's Check, or Money Order only. Payable to: BeautyandHair.com
We will ship your item(s) after we process your payment.

Return Policy
The product manufactures do not grant returns, and DominicanBeautyStore.com can not and do not accept returns. Please note that unauthorized returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee.
But we will happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please note our exchange policy as described as following;

Exchange Policy
DominicanBeautyStore.com's goal is to provide convenient and pleasurable online buying experiences to our valued customers. We allow one (1) exchange per item - please read fee section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

Product Eligibility

• Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

• Items not eligible for exchange: Costume Wigs, Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories, Care Products, Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.

• If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

Exchange Fees

• DominicanBeautyStore.com now offers Hassle-free color exchanges! If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to color exchanges.

• 20% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).

• If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.

• Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
• Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time.
• Shipping Costs on Exchange
• Shipping charges will apply. We ship via the method chosen on the original order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.
• How to Request an Exchange
• Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by DominicanBeautyStore.com with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
• To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:

1. Email exchanges@DominicanBeautyStore.com to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.
2. If order was placed by phone or mail and there is no access to email; please call our Exchange Department between 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Phone 1-800-258-1668 for an Exchange Agent.
3. Exchange items must be returned to DominicanBeautyStore.com within 10 days from receipt of the RMA number. Once DominicanBeautyStore.com receives your exchange package, please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange process to complete.

How to Prepare Your Exchange Package

• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
• Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

Store Credits
Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) on DominicanBeautyStore.com and it does not expire. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem store credit you must call 800-258-1668 and place your order with a phone representative.

Backorders
Unlike many other online wig shops, DominicanBeautyStore.com operates physical retail stores (showrooms) in multiple locations. It gives us advantage over our competitors in volume of in-stock item levels. Although we try our best to keep all products we distribute online in-stock at all time, backorder may occur. If a backorder occurs on your ordered item(s), your order will be placed automatically on a priority waitlist. We will promptly notify you the status of your order and ship item(s) upon arrival.

Cancellation Fees
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Shipping and Handling
For the cardholder's protection, DominicanBeautyStore.com reserves the right to send orders only to the credit card billing address if shipping address cannot be verified.
